How to request deletion
- Send an email to thementaloffload@gmail.com from the same email address you used to sign up for the app.
- In the subject line, write: Delete my account and include which app (YahtzEats or BoopTime).
- We will confirm your request by reply email when deletion is complete, usually within 30 days.
What we delete
When we process a valid request, we delete or anonymize account-related data we control, including:
- Your authentication account (via our identity provider)
- Saved menus, preferences, and favorites (YahtzEats)
- Custom recipes you created (YahtzEats)
- Entitlement and app settings tied to your user ID
- App-specific data stored for BoopTime under your account
What we may keep
- Information we must retain for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or security obligations
- Analytic data that has been anonymized via aggregation or de-identification
- Server error logs that do not include your email, retained for a limited period for reliability
Data not controlled by this request
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancel or manage billing in your App Store or Play Store account settings. Store purchase history is held by Apple or Google.
