- Account information: email address and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- App data you provide: meal preferences, saved menus, favorites, custom recipes, and constraint settings you save in the app.
- Usage and technical data: device type, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Communications: messages you send us (for example, support or account deletion requests).
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve YahtzEats
- Authenticate you and enforce access controls
- Generate menus and personalized features you request
- Respond to support and legal requests
- Protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers that help us run YahtzEats (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, and database services), under contractual obligations to protect your data

Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Traffic between the app and our servers uses encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide YahtzEats. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize associated data as described on our Delete Account & Data page, subject to legal retention requirements.
